Terms and Conditions

  1. Seats are limited. On-site payment is highly discouraged as only pre-paid participants are guaranteed to have seats and materials. Those who have reserved seats but will pay on-site will be on the waiting list.
  2. Cancellations may be made two (2) weeks before the event. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than two(2)weeks before the event, participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the learning event will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds, but substitutions may be made at any time before the learning event or the participant can opt to attend other future events of the same amount.
  3. Final confirmation of pre-paid participants is based on full payment through a confirmation receipt we will send once payment is received. All fees must be paid prior to the event's date.
  4. We reserve the right to change the schedule and/or venue of our workshops for the best interest of our clients.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse to accept participants unfavorable to our organization.
  6. In conduct of our learning and development program, you will be asked for your personal information such as your name, age, gender, contact information, and other pertinent personal information which will be used for our program documentation and marketing purposes. Your photo will also be randomly taken throughout the event as part of the program documentation of People Dynamics / Profiles Asia Pacific Inc. Submitting and agreeing to the terms above means that you give consent to us to collect, store, manage, and use the data given.
